In 2005, the seed of a powerful idea was planted by Rasheeda Frazier: a vision to empower others by unlocking their innate potential for greatness. After seven years of research, preparation, and a deep commitment to adding value to her community, this idea blossomed into a reality. In 2012, Empowering Greatness Inc. was established, initially dedicated to guiding high school students and young adults through the labyrinth of higher education and introducing them to the exciting world of business and entrepreneurship.
