Rasheeda Frazier is a Transformation Strategist and the Founder of Empowering Greatness Inc., known for her ability to help organizations navigate growth, restructure operations, and align leadership and teams for performance.

With almost two decades of experience working across small businesses, nonprofits, corporations, and educational institutions, Rasheeda has built a reputation as a trusted advisor who delivers both strategy and execution.

Her work goes beyond recommendations as she partners with organizations to ensure that change is implemented, adopted, and sustained.
As a speaker, consultant, and strategist, she is recognized for her ability to bring clarity to complex challenges and guide organizations toward structured, scalable success.

Rasheeda holds a B.S. in Organizational Management from Mercy College. She is a certified Entrepreneur/Business Life Coach, a licensed Notary Public in New York State and New Jersey, and an active member of several prestigious business associations such as the American Businesswomen’s Association, National Black MBA Association, and NY Women in Business.
